We’re seeking a seasoned Dental Assistant with 8+ years of hands-on experience to join our patient-focused, high-performing dental team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment, brings deep technical expertise, and values compassionate care.

🛠 Responsibilities

Assist dentists during a wide range of procedures including restorative, surgical, and cosmetic treatments
Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms according to OSHA and CDC standards
Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays)
Manage patient records, charting, and documentation with precision
Educate patients on oral hygiene, post-operative care, and treatment plans
Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
Support front office operations when required (scheduling, billing, patient intake)
Mentor junior assistants and contribute to team training initiatives
