General Dental Practice Full-time Dental Assistant
Job Description
Full-time dental assistant needed for busy 6 chair family dental practice in Bountiful. Monday – Thursday 6:45 to 5:30 p.m. daily with a 1 hour lunch from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. Requires very experienced dental assistant to help with impressions, kid prophy’s, crowns, x-rays, treatment plans, root canals, extractions, implants, bridges and dentures, cleaning and sterilization of all instruments . Must also be able to make temp crowns, bridges, and spacers. Experience with Implant and Implant surgery is helpful. Candidate will be expected to cross-train with front office duties that include, greeting patients, taking payments, scheduling, answering phones, updating online patient forms, preparing daily route slips, getting insurance breakdowns, etc. 2-3 yrs Dentrix knowledge is an absolute must.
